Description
JF-2 is a chemically synthesized, non-air-entraining, naphthalene-based high-efficiency water reducer designed to enhance the performance of concrete. It significantly reduces water content while improving the workability and compressive strength of the concrete. Ideal for high-fluidity concrete with a slump greater than 20cm, early-strength cast-in-place concrete, and precast components, JF-2 helps to produce durable and strong concrete.
This versatile product is compatible with five common cement types and offers outstanding results across a range of construction applications, including highways, bridges, dams, tunnels, and high-rise buildings.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Recommended Dosage:

Powder: 0.5% to 1.5% of the cementitious material weight.

Liquid: 1.5% to 3.0% of the cementitious material weight, with solid content 38%±2% and specific gravity ≥1.20.

Liquid Conversion: The dosage for the liquid product should be adjusted according to its solid content, and the water content in the liquid should be included in the mix water calculation.

Mixing Method: The delayed addition method is preferred to ensure uniform mixing.

Temperature Consideration: Ensure the liquid temperature does not fall below 15°C to avoid crystallization.

PACKAGING, STORAGE & TRANSPORTATION

Packaging: Powder is packed in 25kg double-layer plastic woven bags. Liquid is available in bulk tankers or other agreed packaging.

Storage: Protect from rain and moisture. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place.

Shelf Life: Valid for two years. After the expiration period, it can still be used after passing inspection trials.
