Sichuan Lujia Sitong Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a professional chemical enterprise with strong technical capabilities and solid economic strength, specializing in the research, development, production, and application of high-performance new building materials. The company owns independent intellectual property rights and serves as a major additive masterbatch production base in Southwest China.
Manufacturing Strength & Scale
Established in April 2006, Sichuan Lujia focuses on the manufacture of concrete admixtures, including water-reducing agents, pumping agents, early-strength agents, and retarders. Its modern production facility, located in Chengdu Xinjin Industrial Park, covers more than 60 acres with a total investment of approximately RMB 120 million. The plant has an annual capacity of 600,000 tons of liquid products and 80,000 tons of powder products, supporting applications for tens of millions of cubic meters of concrete each year.
Research & Technical Support
To strengthen innovation and technical services, the company operates a Technology Research and Development Center in Beijing and maintains sales and service branches in Chengdu, Kunming, Chongqing, and Nanning, ensuring efficient customer response and localized technical support.

Sichuan Lujia’s products are widely applied in national, provincial, and municipal key infrastructure projects, including railways, highways, bridges, tunnels, subways, hydropower stations, municipal engineering, and real estate construction. The company has participated in major projects such as the Xicheng Railway, Xubi Railway, Panxi Highway, Lexi Expressway, Yalu Expressway, Chengdu–Mianyang Expansion Expressway, Naqian Expressway, Yanjiang Expressway, Daduhe Hydropower Station, and Chengdu Metro. It also actively contributed to post-Wenchuan earthquake reconstruction, supporting urban recovery and infrastructure development. In 2011, the brand “LUKE” was awarded the title of Famous Trademark of Sichuan Province.

The company adopts a highly environmentally friendly product production process, and the liquid production process achieves zero discharge.
2. Energy saving
The constant pressure water supply system is used to realize that all production water is 100% recycled without discharge; the high temperature water for production cooling is discharged into the designated high temperature pool for storage and high temperature recycling; the lighting in the living and office areas is installed with photoelectric control to save electricity consumption.
3. Emission Reduction
Boiler fuel uses clean natural gas to ensure that the emission is up to standard; the gas generated by the production equipment is neutralized and purified by a three-stage acid mist purification processor, which controls the emission of exhaust gas.
