HIGH PERFORMANCE GENERAL PURPOSE ADMIXTURE FOR DRY MORTAR & CONCRETE
VF530 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer is in white powder form. It is a powder-based high-performance superplasticizer / water-reducing agent with high water reduction rate and high slump retention.
As a versatile powder-based polycarboxylate superplasticizer, VF530 can be applied in various flowable mortar formulations with different cementitious binder systems. It can endow mortar products with excellent workability and fluidity, significantly improving the quality of cement-based materials.
This product has broad adaptability and can be used simultaneously with other additives in mortar production, such as early-strength agents, retarders, re-dispersible polymer powders, and defoamers, without causing negative impacts on other aspects of the mortar.
USES
A versatile powder-based polycarboxylate superplasticizer, appearing as a white to light-yellow water-soluble powder. This product can be widely used in mortar and concrete systems, with specific applications as follows:
Dry-mix Mortars:
Grout, pressure grouting materials (agents), self-leveling mortar, repair mortar, flooring mortar, waterproof mortar, etc.
Concretes:
Self-compacting concrete, flooring concrete, fair-faced concrete, pervious concrete, and other specialty concretes.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
Recommended Dosage:
The dosage of VF530 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer varies depending on the application system.
Due to variations in dry-mix mortar components, the common dosage is 0.05% to 0.5% of the cementitious material. The actual dosage must be determined through trial mixes based on different products and applications.
It must be mixed uniformly with dry powder materials during use.
PACKAGING, STORAGE & TRANSPORTATION
Packaging:
25Kg plastic woven bags.
Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place at 5°C to 35°C, protected from moisture.
This product should not be subjected to heavy pressure, especially in high-temperature environments, otherwise there is a risk of caking. Storage time should not exceed 12 months.
Safety Information and Transportation:
This product is non-edible. Contact with skin may cause a tacky sensation. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, rinse with clean water as soon as possible. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and environmentally safe and non-polluting. This product can be transported as general cargo.
