Applications

VF-1 is used in concrete in industrial and civil buildings, hydraulic engineering, transport system, port engineering, and municipal engineering.

VF-1 is used in ready mix plants, precast and concrete plants.

VF-1 is suit for ordinary concrete, high strength concrete, self-compaction concrete and as-cast-finish concrete.

Properties

Excellent water-reducing ability. VF-1 can significantly reduce 40% mixing water in high strength concrete.

Enhance physical and mechanical properties of concrete.

Enhance durability of concrete.

Enhance volumetric stability of concrete.

Excellent compatibility with Portland cement.

High water retention capacity.

Usage

For powder VF-1, the dosage is typically 0.5%~1.5%, 2.0% for high strength concrete.

The amount of VF-1 used in concrete will be slightly adjusted depending upon job requirements, such as concrete strength, variations in cement, aggregate and other job site conditions. Experiments for appropriate dosage must be carried out when changing concrete mix proportion or materials.

VF-1 can be added in concrete with other raw materials directly.

VF-1 cannot be used with naphthalene based water reducing admixture.

Experiment must be done when VF-1 is used together with other admixtures.

Packaging, Transport and Storage

Liquid VF-1 is available in 100kg sealed plastic tank. Other special package can also be available according to prior consultation.

Special measures should be taken to ensure entire package.

Dry and well ventilated warehouse is needed for storage. Quality guarantee of VF-1 is one year under normal conditions. If storage has surpassed the time, test must be done to confirm the validity.
